Client Profile

Shadow Isle, an exclusive golf club in central New Jersey, was built in 2004. In the spring of `04, course officials found themselves in a dilemma—the course was complete and the members were eager to begin play, but the clubhouse was not scheduled to be completed for another two years. Course officials needed a temporary clubhouse for members until a permanent clubhouse was completed.

Client Challenge

The Founding members of Shadow Isle golf course needed a temporary clubhouse until a permanent clubhouse could be completed, a projected span of about 2 years. The temporary clubhouse needed to have an area for locker rooms, a pro shop and a dining area. Aesthetics were very important to club officials as they wanted to be consistent in offering a quality experience to all members and their guests.

The Mobilease Solution

Mobilease’s project team collaborated with the General Manager of the golf club to design a 3,072 sq. ft. clubhouse/pro shop and locker room. The Mobilease crew set the building at grade to enable landscaping that complimented the existing environment.
