With more than 75 years of combined experience in both general construction and the modular industry, the Mobilease team is always dedicated to your project from start to finish.
Mobilease Modular Space, Inc. was founded in 1996 by brothers Pete and Michael Barton. At the time, Pete had 10 years of experience in the modular building construction industry with a national mobile modular dealer, and he recognized an opportunity to create a company to better service the industry. At the same time, Michael, who had recently sold his over-the-road utility trailer dealership, was looking for a new opportunity. With confidence in his younger brother, Michael invested his capital and business expertise, and they founded Mobilease Modular Space, Inc. Within a short time, their brother Thomas, an accountant, invested his capital and business savvy. Together, they have grown Mobilease into the leader that it is today within the modular building industry.
Aside from Pete and Mike being hands-on and involved in the daily operation of business, our team of experts includes a Director of Construction, Project Managers, Superintendents, and a Marketing Department, as well as a full administrative support staff. All are eager to work with you towards your goal of a successful project.
